Mark Making and Pattern Designs

I used a lot of the black and white paper as i found it most effective to capture the geometric yet fluid patterns in the churches

here i used one pattern and multiplied it on the photocopier

her i combined two different pattens by using a multiplied pattern with a black paper stencil

again more multiplying pf patterns on the photocopier

more combing of patterns on the photocopier

here i reduced the size of a big pattern on the photocopier and multiplied it up again on the photocopier

again more repeating of reduced patterns

I then used a t-shirt stencil to create tshirt templates using the patterns

I also bleached a large t-shirt in my favourite pattern
