The Boyfriend shirt has been slowly making its way into trend. The classic collared shirt buttoned up to the top has been a trend for the past several seasons however recently the trend has been made a lot more feminine. From lace to large embellishments to a more subtle hint of femininity such as three or four pearls or studs and even to the print of the shirt itself, this trend has really taken the plain old boyfriend shirt and made it much more interesting for women’s wear. This look is so easily achievable that even separate collars can be purchased so you can take your plain old shirt and make it far more exciting.
